The finished living room

It's actually been finished for a month. Oh my, it looks 1,000 times better than it used to. You really had to have seen the living room before to appreciate it. Nicole didn't want to post this picture because the room is all messy. When we get a picture of the living room when it is clean, I'll put a different picture up.

Nesting! Ole!

Lots to be done at the Olsen home! Nicole is nesting, and it is tons o fun! Some how, she convinced Scott to start dry walling the living room. It is looking very nice. Even the plain sheet rock looks better than that hideous panelling! After the sheet rocking, we will try to put the new wood floor down. It is going to look so much better!

Nicole also went crazy yesterday and completely re-organized the kitchen and back closet.

Also, Nicole bought this solid wood dresser! We are going to use it as a changing table. We desperately need more storage space in our house, so the dresser will provide a much needed place to put Malaki's clothes.
The babies room is almost totally ready. We got the crib, now the dresser/changing table, and Nicole's glider rocker chair. We have also painted the room and cleaned the carpet!

The Kitchen!

Welcome to our kitchen.

It has been forever ago that Nicole and I painted the kitchen and fixed it up. However, I thought that it would be great fun to film the kitchen. The video is not very good quality, but you get the point.

Blueberries for Breakfast

Scott woke up this morning and decided to make a lovely breakfast. We thought it was worthy of a picture. Scott loves blueberries a lot. We are very happy when the price of blueberries goes down!

Kennedy went to Washington with grandma Diana. So she will be gone until Monday. We have missed her all weekend and are very excited for her to return.

Scott started school at Westminster College. He is taking Trigonometry, Airline Management, Aviation Law, and a Political Science class.

This is a picture of Converse hall at Westminster. That is were Scotts math class is.

We have finally finished the basement for Kennedy K. I took a picture of it, but it didn't turn out so well. The basement looks great though, and Kennedy loves it. We painted a big rectangle on the wall with chalk board paint so K could color on it with chalk. It turned out really cool. Scott and Nolan sheet rocked the ceiling in the basement and it made a huge difference so it is not a scary place anymore.
